§ III · How it actually works

Three things integrations do, in plain Polish.

i.Move the work, not the documents.

Grasperly reads your DMS over a read-only connector and writes back through the same protocol your firm already audits. Your authoritative copy stays where compliance expects it — nothing migrates, nothing duplicates.

ii.Track the deadlines the bar actually cares about.

When a doręczenie lands in Portal Informacyjny, Grasperly opens the matter, applies the relevant procedural-deadline rule, and books the response slot in the partner's calendar — with the controlling sygnatura on the calendar entry. No silent miss.[1]

iii.Stay inside the firm's perimeter.

Every integration runs over OAuth or a mutual-TLS service account scoped to your tenant. No customer data ever leaves your tenant's storage region, no document content is sent to any model not bound by the firm's DPA.[2]

FAQ.

Does Grasperly work with iManage on-prem?
Yes. Grasperly's iManage connector runs over the standard iManage REST endpoints; on-prem deployments connect via a customer-side outbound tunnel. We do not require inbound network access to the firm's infrastructure.
What happens if Portal Informacyjny is down?
Grasperly retries delivery checks every 15 minutes, alerts the matter owner if the outage exceeds two hours, and falls back to manual PI upload with the original date-of-delivery preserved. Doręczenia never silently miss.
Can we install just the Word add-in and skip the rest?
Yes. Each integration is independently enabled and revocable from the firm admin panel. Many firms start with Word and add Portal Informacyjny three months in.
Do you support Microsoft 365 GCC High?
Not in v1. We support EU and Worldwide M365 tenants. Sovereign-cloud variants land Q4 2026 if customer demand justifies the maintenance load.
Is there an open API?
Yes. A read-write REST API plus webhook callbacks ship with every Practice tier and above. API docs and a sandbox tenant are available before contract signature.
